2nd Lagos State Procurement Summit. The 2nd Lagos State procurement summit was held on February 14th 2019 at the Airport Hotel, Lagos. The Lagos State Governor was ably represented by the Head of Service, Honourable Muri Okunola. Greenspring Development Initiative is one of the various NGOs under the umbrella of Nigerian Network of NGOs (NNNGO) working as Procurement Observers to add value to the Lagos State procurement process.
